Costumes For Your Best Show Ever!

Inquiry forms are an OK way
of doing
business
for some costume companies, but at COSTUMES CREATIVE
we like to talk personally to
you,
the director. We will need to know the exact
dates of
your production and dress rehearsals. We will need to know
which characters we will be costuming and how many changes for
each. Also, and most important we want to know the "look" or
"mood" you want to create with the costumes At this time we can
give you an exact rental cost for your particular show.
PRICES
The
price quoted is our special "Educational Rate." The time period
for this price is the run of the show, including dress rehearsal.
When costumes are being shipped to
you, up to four
transit days each way are allowed at no charge.
Some
seasonal costumes- i.e. Santa Claus, Easter Bunnies- may cost
more.
These
prices
include
all cleaning, pressing, alterations, and complete accessorizing of
costumes. If you find it necessary
to
do
minor alterations
when you
get
them to
your theater, you are welcome to do so provided you do not cut the
costume and
use
band
basting stitches only. DO NOT USE Safety pins as they can tear the
costumes

Please
completely fill out both sides of the COSTUMES CREATIVE
measurement forms. VERY
IMPORTANT
TAKE EXACT
MEASUREMENTS! All
orders must be accompanied by an authorized purchase order
form your school,
church, or the theater. If your group does not use purchase
orders, rental must be paid before the costumes leave our store.
We will confirm your order telling you the date we will ship it,
the means of transportation, and when you can expect delivery.
If you wish to come
in and
personally select the costumes for your show we welcome
you! In fact this is our favorite way of showing off what we have
to offer. We will set up an appointment and one of our staff will
personally
see to it
that each
costume is exactly what you want!
YOUR COSTUMES ARE ON THE WAY.
Each
costume you receive will be individually tagged by character and
with pieces listed so you will have a check
list
for arrival and return.

RETURNS
Costumes are to be returned or shipped within two days after your
last performance. When shipping, it is advisable that you use the
same carrier to return the costumes as the one chosen to deliver
it.
All wardrobes returned
to
COSTUMES CREATIVE are
to
be sent "prepaid."
Prices include all cleaning, pressing, alterations and
accessorizing of the costumes. Rental wigs and weapons are
additional. When your show goes out of our store, they are “Show
Ready”! We at COSTUMES CREATIVE strive to make your production
the BEST SHOW EVER!!

make all of this seasons productions the most memorable your
department has ever presented!!
